SPOSH aims to create financial independence through spreading the importance of saving as well as providing ways to properly utilize them. Through saving, SPOSH has been able to establish social dignity and respect for the landless and informal community enabling them to escape from the oppression of society and the government. With this, we stand with the community people to challenge the government with a reformed cause where it’s about purchasing the land instead of being provided free of cost.
In our activities, SPOSH has divided the saving programmes into two categories:
Formal groups registered formally as cooperatives
Informal saving groups which are not registered but active at community level
