Youth Empowerment and Access

To alleviate poverty and increase quality-of-life, SPOSH is actively working to promote employment and entrepreneurship amongst the working population in the slum, landless and informal settlement communities. Jointly with its national partners, we are helping youth in these communities for career counselling, business development plans, capacity development training, resource management and mentorship for start-ups and scaling enterprises. SPOSH is also helping young girls and women to be more financially strong and independent through targeted programs and courses.
